Wallace L. Whitfield Sr

Wallace Whitfield is a veteran basketball official with over 35 years of expertise in officiating at both the high school and college levels. For the past 25 years, he has held the position of assigner for the Kensington Lakes Athletic Association (KLAA), demonstrating his commitment and dedication to the field. Additionally, Wallace has recently taken on the role of Coordinator of Officials for the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).

As a passionate advocate for basketball officiating, Wallace tirelessly invests his efforts in supporting the professional growth and success of all officials under his guidance. He is deeply committed to helping them unlock their full potential, providing invaluable assistance in their development. Wallace's mentoring has played a crucial role in nurturing the skills of numerous officials, propelling them towards successful careers in college basketball.

Outside of his officiating endeavors, Wallace cherishes a lasting marital union of 25 years with his wife Cassandra. Together, they have been blessed with three children: LaDelle, Wallace Jr., and Caroline.
